If it is a custom model then no. The bolt pattern for the riser/clamp is specific to the custom model. You need to get a whole new riser/clamp/speedo mount or maintain the stock unit with your new bars.

Do you think there is a way to bring the stock unit at the machine shop and get 2 inch cut from the bottom and get new fork holes machine ?

Cause i want to lower the handle bar

Thank you

You might take a look at using the riser and speedo housing from the 1200L model.

If I understand you correctly...You want to use the original speedo set-up, but drop the oem riser 2 inches. What are you on? You said a 2004, but what model 2004? If its a custom your speedo will be hitting the tank if you take 2 inches off the bottom. But maybe I'm not understanding what your trying to do.

I know HDF does not like this. But go to xlforums and look up the Cyclone riser mod. I believe it is a sticky in the rubbermount section. That will explain how to, and how far to cut the stock riser and retap it.

If you do the cyclonecutting mod to your riser, I'd be willing to buy the piece that gets cut off the bottom if it isn't destroyed in the process.
I've been thinkin about buying a riser just to get a 2 inch piece from the bottom to use as a spacer to heighten my stock riser. Let me know!
