I bought a 23 tooth .50" offset sprocket from J&P # 6000008 for 34 bucks and using a 51 tooth rear sprocket for a 2.22 ratio. Had to add an extra spacer to the front and rear sprockets too and also one to the rightside of the rear axle cause the sprocket bolts would touch the swingarm.
My bike an 01 but if your's is newer with the one inch axle you may not need to do much cause I hear it's an easy swap cause you already have a wider swingarm to begin with.

If you get a wheel with 1" bearings then you can replace them with 3/4" bearings and your good to go. You may have to clearance the inside of the front sprocket cover cause the chain will be really close, but that's easy to do.
I added a second rear spacer .100" to the one that can with the offset sprocket, and I don't remember the size I used on the front sprocket but it's flush with the splines on the shaft. Also the center hole of the spacer may need to be file larger due to the lip on the wheel.
I don't think you can go any bigger than a 160 tire and 4.5 rim on a solid mount bike without major work ??

Ahh...gotcha.
I already have the wheel fitted. Waiting on tires now. The front wheel, actually has been more of a pain than the rear. I'm tellin ya...Roland Sands's bolt on hubs has made it much easier.
When my chain sprocket comes in from Performance Machine I will see what I need to do to modify the swing arm. It looks like I'll need to widen just the right side 3/16" and extend it for tire fitment. I wanted to extend it anyway to fit a mono-shock in front of the rear tire.
Thanks for the info. The only sprocket they had available to match my wheels is a 48 tooth. Couldn't I just adjust the aspect ratio on my tire to compensate if needed?

Here's a pic of my front wheel just hangin out. I'm going to turn some narrow glide hubs this weekend.
I will be spreading the frame. I have a cool idea on how to make it look pretty much stock. (you can see my "mono-shock" shockwave air over shock on the ground by the rear wheel.)
To continue my question from my previous post, I plan on running a 180/60 17 tire (25.5" diameter). What front sprocket tooth count would keep it close to what the stock ration was...again, I can run a taller or shorter sidewall if needed, if you don't mind my pounding the questions.

That is an awesome project you got there. Those are some nice wheels $$ I like the mono shock too, is it going above or below the swingarm ?
With the 48 tooth rear a 23 T front will give you 2.086 ratio and a 22 will give you 2.181 ratio. 2.10 ratio is stock for a 1200.
If your like me you'll find yourself just staring at those wheels saying damn they look good in there !
