Default XL Floor boards

Does anyone use floorboards on their bike? I think for long distances it would be more comfortable. ANy suggestions of brands, fitting, etc. would be appreciated.

I've been thinking about ordering a set from Led Sleds. Maybe after payday...

2orangeharleys has the Mini-adjustable floorboards for $79. These look just like the mini-adjustable boards that J&P Cycles offers for $169. I got a set from 2orangeharleys about 1 ½ years ago and I am very satisfied with them.

I also bought a set from 2orangeharleys, and while the quality it good, I thought they put my feet too far out from the shifter and brake pedal. They also didn't give me the lean angle I was used to so I took them off and they're just collecting dust in the shop. I am going to buy another set that just goes on like pegs instead of having the "infinite" adjustability which pushed the boards too far out for comfort.

ecaldwell78 -
Did you try mounting the boards without the inner adjustment arm? If you look closely at RATROD HOG's pics you can see that he has removed the inner adjustment arm. I just removed the inner arms on my boards last weekend because I was scraping them quite a bit.

I honestly didn't think about it Shoat. I don't know if it matters, but I have the giant half moon boards that, of course, came with zero instructions. It wasn't that hard to figure out so I may take a look this weekend and see if I can get rid of one of those dog bones and bring the boards in closer. I would like to use them again because they're super comfortable.

If I remember correctly it was RATROD HOD that gave me the idea to mount mine this way to reduce scraping.
