I have the forwards and changed my bars to those of the Nightster and the difference is huge. So much more comfortable!!

One question - and a stupid one. What are the part numbers for your passenger footpeg kit? I am having trouble understanding whether I need the mount kit only or that and the pegs themselves... stupid question but I am stumped.

Last time I checked, the passenger peg kit (Harley # 50203-04) comes with the basic, rubber Harley footpegs. You may also be required to get the Retention Washer #7487. I don't know what the washer is for. The 2009 Harley Parts and Accessories catalog states the washer is required for the Nightster. Check the 2010 P&A Catalog and read the fitment notes under some of the 2-up seats for the 3.3 glln bikes.

Thanks Scuba...

This is where I get confused because the local Harley dealer here (Dubai) says I need to buy the rubber footpegs separately from the mount kit 50203-04 - but then I can't find the P/N for the rubber footpegs as a separate part in the catalog. I think I will need the washer as I have an 2010 Iron XL883N. Guess I will call a dealer in the states...

hey supahtek...at almost 5'6" I couldn't imagine riding without forward controls. In fact I wish I could stretch out even more. I have absolutely no problems getting my butt off the seat to cushion those hard hits and zero worry of foot slippage.
