Street glide shocks are 11 3/4" vs the 13" rk shocks. I have the street glide on my Nighster. Only raised me a little higher than the stock 11" shocks. I can now ride all day. They're not coming off - I have about 1500 miles on them already. Highly recommended.

not quite you need spacers, between the shock eye hole and the frame of your bike both top and bottom of the shock, most guys buy washers at the local hardware store, I had some extra spacers from a pair of progressives I had they fit perfectly

lots of threads on this mod...

I did a search for Street Glide shocks and could only find the RK lowering shocks which are 12" eye to eye. I could not believe the price of these shocks - they were cheaper than the Progressive 412s. I found prices from $105 - $170. The cheapest I found them was at Jireh Cycles for $105. On E-bay they were $120 - !40. I believe they were Ultima brand and had the valve near the top of the shock. Do you need to plumb them together or can you add air to each independently? The hand pumps were about $30.

I paid 60.00 shipped on ebay for mine, keep an eye out good deals are out there, I put a schrader valve on the top of each, I just ordered my hand pump with bleed off valve so I will be adjusting each independtly
