I've seen mustache bars but they are always on Dyna's.
I keep my engine gaurds on my nightster cuz i like to lay my feet on them on long trips.
I'm 6'4" and like my mids to much to switch to forwards

 

what he has is called an engine guard. yes they make them for the N.

 

I just bought an 09 nightster and had the dealer put on mustache bars w/ foot rests on top. I like the look of the crash bars vs. the standard (clunky) ones, but there is NO WAY I will ride with my feet way up there... maybe a more experienced rider will like it, but all my experienced rider friends say they wouldn't either... too high and too far away from controls.
wish I knew the brand, but I don't and they didn't list it on the receipt. It was Bergen County Harley in NJ. Maybe the guys in service could direct you. hope this helps.
