Default will a wide glide front add weight to bike?

I found a good deal on a wide glide front end and was thinking of making the change over the winter to a 41mm W/G would this add weight to the bike? I dont care about a pound or two its just the bikes so light and fast I would hate to add something thats really going to add alot of weight. thanks

you will add some more wight 3-4lbs, the handling will be very different.

I did a mid-glide conversion and kept the 39mm tubes.
did not notice any difference in handling.
if you go with 41mm tubes you may have just a few more pounds there.
I have heard the larger tubes give a firmer ride.
Other than that I dont see it adding enough weight to notice much difference in handling.
