Probably the 2 top choices in 2up touring seats are the HD Sundowner and the Mustang Wide Vintage Touring. The Sundowner is softer and more plush feeling IMO compaired to the firmer Mustang. However, after running the Sundowner for a little over a year I switched to the Mustang because of the difference in the shape of the seat. The raised back & sides of the saddle on the Sundowner wrap around farther forward than they do on the Mustang and if you have wider hips, like I do, I found that my hips got sore after 4-5 hours from sitting on the wrap around sides ( points A & B) of the Sundowner.

Both are good seats, it just depends on which fits you the best.

The Sundowner I ordered hasn't arrived, but from the looks of your pictures, this OldCoot may have to lose some weight and get a skinnier butt...

Thanks for posting... great help.

I bought the S/D seat. Its great. Some times I'll put the stock seat back on and ride. About half way through the ride I'll ask myself why I put the stock seat back on.

I just put the s/d seat on my ride then rode for about 200 miles this weekend. WOW what a difference and it felt like a new bike. It was flat out comfy. I have a 40 inch waist and np problems with fit at all.
