Springer front on Sportster

yupp me to man
i figure i'll get new rims at some point too so why not just save my **** off and get them both at once....probley be something like a 3500$ hit to the piggy bank but man when i get one.....there will be no stoping me

Those aren't "drop-ins". They're complete R&T forks. Ohlins doesn't make any "Drop In" kit for the Sportster's damping rod forks, anyway.
Not only are they roughly $2500, being 41 or 43mm, they're oh..just slight overkill on a Sportster. He'd also need new T-clamps, new calipers, axle, and a different front wheel. I'm not thinking the stock 21" would look or work very well with those forks.
I don't get the impression the OP is looking to put a Springer on his bike to improve his suspension anyway.. I think he wants 'em for the way they look.

<<< On a chat site, it is very important to read carefully, than to have a command of the English language. Please re-read my post and nowhere, no place does it mention Sportster's damping rod or using the Sportster forks.
While I will not think about developing the early 35 mm Sportster fork products, I am working on making a R&T cartridge fork upgrade for the 41 mm FL series and than the next project for a 49 mm for the late model Dyna and Sportsters.
