IronMan- Why would you not just use the V&H quiet baffles? I guess I have the same type of neighborhood too.

Just checked out the Big City Thunder ones on their website. Looks like they may help you out.

I wonder how the Big City Thunder ones compare to the V&H quiet baffles?

I put the quiet baffles in my Sideshots. They are not really any quieter, the baffles just take the edge off and give a deeper sound.

Maybe just buy your neighbors some earplugs

I heard wrapping them in exhaust wrap will make them deeper and possibly a notch quieter

Probably easier to just ask the neighbors to MOVE! Seriously speaking, I had the same problem a few months ago and decided just to put the stock pipes back on and not hassle with it, even though it sounds much cooler with the rumble.

I have quiet baffles in my Straight Shots and they can be pretty loud for in town. One of the bike magazines had a good column recently on the use of a wrap over baffles to tone the pipes down. I want to try it. It might have been "American Iron" and was written by an old rider with extensive technical expertise. I saved the column. If I find it I'll post again.
