Default Took the boy for a ride today!!!......kinda

My boy's 16months old and always gets extra excited when I come rolling in the the driveway on the bike....so today I gave him a little ride on the gas tank just up the driveway and he loved it. Can't wait for a few more years to build him a bad *** mini-bike!

Well he had his bob the builder hard hat on, is that good enough???

Now I started thinking......maybe I should get him to hate the bike so I don't find the bike missing when he get's to his teenage years.

Nope, not gonna happen...your screwed! lol. When I got my first bike last summer my boy (8 years old at the time) started going for slow rides with me around town. At the time he wore a bicycle helmet. Had to buy him the real thing though earlier this year because we now roll the open road together. It's a great thing. You startin' at 16 months? Yeah...he'll be breakin' the engine down, cleaning it, and putting it back together by the time he's 8 years old!

Yeah, i'm scared he'll end up like me...........my dad did the same thing with me when i was kid, and I always watched him use his tools. I built my first minibike by myself with a snowblower engine that I welded onto a bmx frame when I was 10.......it was almost a success except I didn't realize steel didn't weld to aluminum very well, the motor fell off after about 15 minutes, and boy was my dad pissed when he saw what I did to the snowblower!!! And my dad has vowed to teach him about all the bad things i did as kid to get back at me.
