Default 1 more question...

Might be a stupid question...but since the air filter bolts onto the carb, and the carb is in the engine via a gasket...can you take the carb off of the bike while the air filter is still attached to the bike?

Reason being if you need to mess with the jets after you install your new a/c?

No , the breather bolts go into your heads attaching the back plate which holds the carb in place.
You can remove the carb and backplate as one unit though.

I am thinking that you would only tweek the slow speed jet once installed. If you tap out the plug below the slow jet you can adjust it once you have it everything installed and running. It's usually the slow jet that causes the carb farts.
