Default RKs fit on '06 1200R ?

I was thinking about replacing my front and rear with Progressive shocks and springs to make long rides more comfortable... anyone know if RK's will fit my 2006 1200R? (I like the current height.)
Thanks.

Hey that's a cool nightster, the front forks are matching the back, well done!

Ronstopable - Good news, glad to hear you like em.

128auto - Thanks, I think they go well together and the ride is so much better.

BSW3 - Looks like Ronstopable had good luck with them on his 07 883L so I'm guessing they would work for you too.

Hey 128 auto, thanks... it's a 2009 Iron. Also, jamesr242 is correct it's a Joker Machine A/C. Thanks again, my Iron has come together well... with lots of help and ideas from the forums.

BSW3 - Yea bro, no problem at all. I think they were about a 1/2" higher than the stock shocks. But they fit nooooo problem. The only problem was all the worthless n00bs at the auto parts stores while I was tryin to find the valve plugs. Went to 3 stores, then finally Napa, and despite the toothless, brainless cooter behind the desk who asked if I needed help, then promptly gave none, I was able to help myself and search out the parts. Don't forget there's fluid in them shocks........I did warm fluid should not be shot in MY direction....... Went on a 200 mile run today and oh did those shocks treat me right. Ohh also Slolane was right I too had to put on some washers to clear the belt guard.

BTW Slolane........F@$%IN LOVE your bike bro!

I have an extra set of Street Glide shocks that I want to install on my '99 Sportster. What size washers do I need to space them out from the belt guard and will the stock bolts be long enough with the washers installed? If not, does anyone know what size and length bolts I will need? I want to have the parts in hand before starting the project.

Thanks,
Jim

stock bolts are fine.

i think the washers are 5/8" but if i were you i'd take one shock off and take the outer washer to the hardware store to find a similar piece.
