Under the battery cover. Might want to look under the rear fender... If you hit a serious bump, you may have torn those wires under there. Also, they plug in behind the tail light. Might be worth a look as well. GOod luck. Hopefully a fuse.

The fuses are located under/behind that triangle cover just to the rear of the battery. Just pull that off as it just pops on & off with some bars that go into some rubber grommets on the frame. And as Killer stated, if you hit some large bumps you may have torn a wire under the fender that go from the rear signals into the fender & run along the side wall of the tire back to the rear brake light.

Default Blinkers

Ok, I looked everywhere for a fuse and I can not find one, yesterday I took it to a friends house, we took out the bulbs and they were full of grease we wiped them off and they worked for about 5 minutes, I am at a loss, I looked under the fender for frayed wires and they look good.

Have you checked your blinker fluid? If it is low they will not work at all.

That grease is dielectric grease, (blinker fluid ), and is in there to keep the contacts from oxidizing/corroding. Are you sure the bulbs aren't just blown? I say this because the filament may have just made contact again when you took them out & put'em back in.
