+ a million. The only BT I would have bought.

 

An option for black would be nice though, to go with the whole blacked-out Iron 883 thing...

Only other negative is the pricing; $270 for the seat and ANOTHER $230 for the springs/hardware kit...!

 

Looked like the stock derby cover is now coming in chrome.

hmm the 09 had self cancelling turn signals.. I wonder of the 2010 has it as well... the way the turn signals are (1 on eachbar) I would assume so..

Which makes absolutely ZERO sense!

Now, when I gets me a 2010 Iron 883, I gotta go find an aftermarket black derby cover, or consider having the Dark Custom covers for both the derby & timer covers. I like the look of the Dark Custom cover on the timer side, but not really sure about the derby side.

 

You can't have everything the way you want it. The MOCO wants more money from you.

I installed the Dark Custom derby & timing cover on my Iron. I thought it was an interesting choice to go chrome, the matching flat black derby cover looks nice ... just makes you want to change it out quicker, & oh yeah ... spend more money faster.

 

Don't get too excited about the new bikes. I was told by a dealer that they were going to delay production on most all of them to clear out the remaining 2009 inventory. Dunno if that was just sales BS, or the truth.
