09 NIghtster Full Throttle Noise?

I don't know about any pings, or any clanks, BUT when I hit the full throttle on the occasion I hear more of a chirping sound. I assumed it might be the fuel injector, But I don't know.
I also use only 91 octane which is the best i can get around Vegas, and 90% of the time it's Techron from Chevron.
