Chicago Harlry in Glenview is great to deal with and their prices can't be beat. I priced out an 09 ultra, Black Pearl with ABS and it was 20,400 before tax and plates, so it was 21,988 OTD (this is less than MSRP OTD).

 

It's my gues that the guys who strapped it down are gonna get in some trouble. I all of my experiences in retail, if you bring a trailer, you strap the load, if they deliver in their trailer they strap the load. Any way, they might just surprise you and make it right. No harm in askin.

 

Its funny you mention that since the lady called me back the next day saying that her employees (both Mexican and can understand English, which is irrelevent, but she wanted me to know that fact) said I told them not to strap my handlebars down the way they do it and to do it my way. All I did was throw them my straps and they said they'd do it and not to worry about it. Even the salesman said they'd hook it all up.....But she said I was still getting a new mirror and a brand new paint job on the fender, so I asked why the hell are we having this discussion then....Were they trying to get me to confess something I never said???? I only have 500 daytime minutes and they used up 15-20 of them just to elevate my blood pressure and verify my mirror and promissary note. Well, I have my promissary note signed and I am awaiting for my mirror, so my *** is covered.
