Default Bike Warm UP ?

Just Wondering, how long do you guys let your bike warm up for when its cold, and when you start it and its already warmed up, (like at a gas station), me when its cold i let it idle for about 3-4 min. when its warm about 20seconds, Am i doing anything wrong?

About a minute in the summer. Maybe 2 in the winter.

Have you noticed any adverse reactions due to your warm-up procedure? If not, then that should answer your original question.

I always take it easy for the first 5-6 miles...air cooled engines require more time to adjust to operating temps...just my 2 cents ...

I pretty much start up and go in the summer. But for about the first mile i'll take it easy with no hard acceleration. And when it's cold out, i'll be off after about a minute or two....I just give it enough warm up time otherwise it likes to stall when i first pull out, and then the same thing....i'll take it easy for about the first mile. And on a hot engine start, i just start up and go......although sometimes at gas stations i'll idle just a tad bit longer because it sounds badass reverberating off the roof overhang.

I Just pull it out of the shed(Man Cave), start it up and then go back in the shed and get my helmet and glasses put em on and go. Maybe 1-3 minutes.

You're doing everything right. If she's warm at the pump, I just fire it up and let it idle for a few seconds and then take off, but if you're more comfortable with let'n her idle for twenty sec more power to ya.

Don't let anyone tell you to warm it up for a min and take it easy the first mile, your gaskets and engine parts will last a few thousand miles more than theirs with the way you're doing it now.

30 seconds, take it easy for a few blocks and then let it roll!

Until the rear cylinder fins are very warm to the touch and the engine takes throttle input without any problems.

I have never let any vehicle Idle to warm up for any length of time. I do try to keep the rmps low in all my vehicles including semi trucks for the first 5 min or so. then drive as normal. I am not sure where you reside so your situation may differ from mine. I live in CA so the shrinkage factor is not that great.
