Default New grips & handlebar pictures

I picked up some drag bars from a swap meet for $10 bucks, and bought the grips from jp cycles online for $26.

The old grips / bar were stock. The previous owner dropped the bike and the left bar had a slight crease in it. Both grips were basically falling apart and my hands would be black after riding for awhile. I must say that the drag bars give the bike a much different feel to it. I do like this new set up better but have not taken a long trip yet to really see how i feel.

They certainly look better, but are they any less comfortable than the all-foam grips? I'm switching grips soon and curious how the chrome/foam grips feel after riding a few miles.

To the original writer of the topic and to sajackson: I really like the seats you got on your Sporty....are they stock or did you put it afterwards? If yes, what model is that?

It looks great......I did the same thing to my 883L the other day . My bars are the same as your new ones and I added 4.5in. risers and my grips are a little different with a boss added. I am having a little problem seeing with my stock mirrors. I really like the look and it is much more comfortable than the buckhorn bars that came stock. I hated those. I also want to add taller tubes on the front 3 or 4 inches taller any ideas??? Thanks
