custom made is cooler, but if ur lazy get the HD one

 

hate the hd side plate garbage, custom rules.

 

Sweet - I like the one on your bike. Only thing is I wanted to be able to tie up a pack on the bar for long hauls.

How solid is yours without the sideplates? I hate the sideplates but perhaps they are there to reinforce the bar for higher loads - I cant tell.

^^^dis is an old thread boys. i actually just sold mine not too long ago to a forum member by the name of "Johnfrombrooklyn". a friend made it for me and i'm sure he could do another. my bike is now chopped so the dimensions may have changed a bit so not sure if my bike would be a good template to make it from. hopefully he has all the dimension saved somewhere. i'll ask him. btw. you can send a pm by clicking on the users name, a menu will drop down and one of the options is send a private message.

Thoes are sweet, but not much support if needed LOL! The right custom sissy bar can really make the look of a bike. The HD bad is not bad looking-seen one on a Nightster the other day and it looked good for an HD part LOL!

 

they mount to the rear fender holes (star nuts) on the fender struts.
def. just for looks XL.....i wouldn't lean against it if you paid me.
