S100 spray - comes in a small can with a spray tube with a sprayhead on the end - about $8. You can probably find it at any M/C dealer.

Are we talking, as in polishing past the powdercoat? If that is the case.....Good luck. You'd have to blast the coating off and then start the polishing process.

You can't polish anything on that engine, the polished parts are all clear coated an the engine has some kinda cheap powder coat on it.

once your $$$ invested into chrome you'll dig it til you deal with rust that once it shows is nonstop, if it doesn't rust it usually begins bubbling underneath and if its not done properly done they'll start flaking. i had stock chrome engine covers but the maintenance got cumbersome and the rust was bubbling the chrome to **** so I had em sandblasted then powdercoated screamin eagle matte black. i think it looks alright and now when uou gotta chromed out ride you come across as a suburbanite on a 'wildhogs' trip cuz its kinda played out man. long run you'll be glad your powdercoated already

My father's bike was the same way. Put chrome all over it, got rusty and time consumeing to maintain. Now he has black pipes and powder coated materials on it. "Black is the new chrome" is a good saying that has merit.
