The exposed half is what probably broke off ... the other half that clamps inside the oil line is most likely still there and will have to be taken out.

It looks like RatRod Hog has you covered on the part number and the new plug will cost $5.00 unless your dealers in a good mood ... I'm betting that they will make you pay. Once the bike is out the door all deals are off.
