it's time to lawyer up and go for the jugular. Give them two business days to
set up everything, and if they haven't got the process well under way by then,
just go for it.

At this point, you have nothing to loose by going after them and certainly nothing

Soup, I been watching your troubles and I just gotta say: what THE farq? It's time...

It's time to give it back to H-D. Don't rage on the service manager, even though he's in supposed to be in charge of his flock; just go in, speak calmly (with rage in your eyes - always helps) and tell them what they're going to do for you. Pissing off the wrong people won't get you anywhere, and just might make them load the deck against you. I'm sure by now that they know the problem, they just don't wanna pay for it. Tough Sh!te. It's a lemon. You know it, they know it. Tough that they have to give you another bike because of it, but that's the brakes. It happens. They may not like it, but they know it's coming back to them. Bringing a lawyer's card with you to that meeting won't hurt. Leave it with them, along with a smile.
