This started just yesterday. When I went to start my bike as soon as I turned the key the bike started without touching the start button. This had never happened before. I turned it off and it continued to do the same thing over and over each time I turned the key on. So I then turned my choke off and turned the key again and I would hear that the starter was continuously firing. This to me sounds electrical? Anyone have this porblem or have a possible cause for something like this? Please help!

 

Seems to me that the starter relay or button is stuck.

 

+1 to above. Either the start button is shorting in the housing, or the relay is stuck. Start by testing the switch and if it is ok replace the relay.

 

if it's the relay you can get one at any auto parts store... they are common.

 

With the key out, hit the start button a few times to see if the button is stuck and if you can dislodge it... if not, it's an electrical problem.
