Man, your asking for a lot. If you find them let me know. the best I could do was a LaRosa solo saddle bag. ( Think Licks, just a different name. )

There is a bracket kit that you can buy, which can be used to attach the bags to the bike. Check out great bike gear:

My wife has a Mustang solo seat on her Sportster. we installed the rear turn signel re-alignment kit, which moves them further back on the strut.
we then got Leather Pros bags. fantastic. there are two small "tips" that are attached to the strut on each side. A locking cam pops the bags on and off in about 5 seconds.
absolutely no mounting gear left on the bike when they are off for a very clean look.
now as far as not wanting to pay $300 for saddlebags, certainly can't help you there, but we figured we would only have to buy them once, and they will last a lifetime...
