Default dieing at idle

So last weekend I finished up my tank lift on my iron 1200. I had to disconnect then reconnect the harnesses. It's been in for 1000 mile service (last week) And it has been dieing at idle right after starting. Its been 60-70 degrees here so i't snot cold. It also seems to be down on power. Now I can't help but think that the CPU reset itself and now is running lean. I'se got the SE 1200 kit and Hoker rebels so factory map was flashed.

Anyone else have this problem?

Maybe a vacuum leak? Check your hoses etc.
