Nightster engine cleaning?

Nightster engine cleaning?
Is there anyway to keep that silver finish clean? I've scrubbed and scrubbed countless times and I cannot get the dirt stains off of it. Any ideas?

spray nine and a toothbrush, my buddy uses it all the time on his fxst and works good, also s100 might make something for silver engines, they make something for black so ya never know
