hey bro, search for an ebay store called Sorgy's, I got the complete kit with amber bulbs, red bulbs, and smoked lenses. Then went to autozone and got two 1157R red LED bulbs for the rear. So far, I haven't had a need for a load equalizer

Ironrick, sent you a PM. Just saw yours. As mentioned Ebay or I did J & P Cycles while in Daytona. Autozone's got the bulbs you'll need for the rear.

I did same thing to my 06 Fatboy. HD LED tail light, HD smoked lenses with irrudium orange bulbs for turn signals. Tried the smoked tail lights with led bulb but nobody could see it. HD LED tail light is bright.

what are the bulb numbers necessary for the front and rear turn signals on an 08 nightster? I have been thinking about swapping my bulbs out to LED's as well

Just the regular led from Autozone will work just fine ,except that they are not nearly as bright as the stock bulb because of the reflector, same with the front. The bulbs that are more expensive are a 360 degree, the ones at Autozone face rearward only, they don't use the reflector like the stock bulb, went back to stock bulb,I'm not paying fifty dollars a bulb just to have led.

I hate to say this but the stealer sells the whole smoke covered lenses and colored bulbs for about $39.00 I'm sure you can find that same set on ebay for less. this way you don't have to rush around looking for bulbs at one place and covers at another.
