Hi, I changed out to Avon Venom tires and that helped the ride alot. Along with the Mustang seat I can ride for hours. I check My tire pressure before My ride begins because air temp. can cause a change in air pressure also. ....WVleo

 

Stock length is 12". I purchased the 13" 412's at a local bike shop here in Ottawa. They're easy to change if you have a bike lift, and the tools. They come with the necessary spacers for installation. I would say it took me about an hour, but I never hurry when working on the bike.

 

I have an 05 883L with stock shocks but I did change out the seat to the LaPera Bare Bones solo. I don't have a problem with pain going over pot holes, etc. Of course I do my best not to go over them, but if I have to I do not have discomfort. I am 5'7 and 150 lbs, if that helps at all.
