If your in a northern climate, I'd say to ride the bike as is for this summer, and then strip it down over the winter to have the bike re-painted. As for the registration/insurance cards, I leave mine in a little plastic holder in the fork bag.

I'm living in myrtle beach, SC. Ride year round down here lol. As far as the bags go, I was trying not to get one. I guess I'll just have to keep the stuff in my wallet.

Well.....F'you on the Myrtle, SC part. (Ex beach bum coast of TX & then Hawaii).

For the bags, there's plenty of option on small bags and inconspicuous spots to place/hide one. You can see mine on my forks below my headlight, but you can put one on the front down tubes just in front of the engine, or one on the rear swing arm. They even make small sealable tubes that blend in to the scoot better that you could put stuff like your paperwork in. There's options for you.

Thanks but no thanks on the sand........As I'll be down that way towards the end of the month for a wedding on the beach........NO, not my wedding.

Here's one for storage behind your license plate & is lockable...http://www.jpcycles.com/Search/Searc...rt&state=&Ntx=

Here's another but in the tube form: http://www.jpcycles.com/Search/Produ...ort&results=10
You just gotta look....Someone else will surely have other links to give you. I gotta run, as I got to get back to work.

Went and talked to my local HD dealer today and spoke to him about things I wanted to do. I'm going back on monday to place my order... Here's what she'll look like (for about 2 hours until I change the pipes lol.)
