i need less crome on the bike, ideas?

i need less crome on the bike, ideas?
what have u guys done to black out the forks between the triple trees on those nightsters? thnx

A lot of guys use paint to make parts black. I also understand that this technique can be used on regular Sportsters, not Just Nightsters .

I'd say your best bet is scuffing them up with sandpaper and rattle canning it.

ya mean like this... i used PVC and polished out the black with my buffer, sliced up the back and added rubber tabs... i have also used black vynal decal
