Is there any other way at getting around taking off the V&h shortshots to get at the rear brake rod screw to install the longer brake rod included with the forwards?....
Seems the only way to get at it is to take'em off. Shortcuts....anymone?

Its tight, I used a bit and finger tightened and then had to use channel locks on mine couldnt get a socket over it even.
Drape a shop rag over the pipes and you should be fine.

Just remember to put Lok-Tite on all the bolts so they don't rattle off and you have to do it again!
