This is an outstanding bag! Bought MINE a year ago and can't live without it.

Just bought the distressed leather one since I've modified my bike.

I have this bag on my 1200C. Its definitely in the way of the passenger footpeg on my bike. But the bag is awesome; quality made, low profile, looks great on my bike, holds goggles, gloves, tools, whatever. The buckles are adjustable so if you have something big in there, you can still latch it. I put some velcro in there and attached my garage door opener. Highly recommended.

A different solution, I use a tank bag, it's smaller than most, I can fit keys, garage door opener, cell phone, wallet, and other stuff. the cool thing about it is that with my solo seat It magnetically sticks to the fender and if I decide to roll 2 up I can put it on my tank. It comes off so it doesn't ruin the lines of the bike, and I can easily take it with me.

I ordered the Licks bag. I guess it will be 2-3 before I get it. It looks like there will be enough room to hold the nylon rain liner from my mesh jacket. How about a sweatshirt, yes? maybe? no chance?

Check on Ebay..dude named Peter Jackson makes some high quality leather bags, I've had them on my ride all summer. Tell him Kevin Troutman sent you!

Why not just have a back pack or a sling bag (one strap that cross' you body backpack)?

I got one like this but black at the local army navy surplus. I found another one with detachable backpack straps on sale at Spencers.

This guy seems to have been selling a ton of these on ebay. Must be selling good cause his price has at least doubled over the past year. Too damn pricey for me.

A little solo bag isnt bad looking...but id rather wear a fanny-pack than put any saddle bags on my bike..
