Default carb, and exhaust

Hey everybody. I modified my pipes on my bike this week. And If your lookin at the exhaust it would be the pipe on your left. when you let off the throttle it backfires a little bit. and I was wondering if there is a way to adjust something on the carb so it doesn't do that. thanks. I'm new to this bike thing. So any help would be great.

jesse- the factory sets the bikes lean to improve gas mileage as much as possible. with a new exhaust this can cause "popping" on decel. backfiring could be combining the pop with a possible exhaust leak. first thing i would do is to check for exhaust leaks-
