Default Nightster keeps cutting out...

What's going on guys? was wondering if anybody could help me and a friend out? he has a 2008 nightster with v&h side shots and the v&h fuel pak. 3,000 miles and all fluids and spark plugs have been changed and the battery terminals are secure. Clutch cable is adjusted properly.

From a standstill in first gear the bike is stalling. No problems at all on the highway or even first gear over 5-10 mph. Idles fine in neutral but is shaky right after leaving first gear coasting to stop. Really have to open the throttle and dump the clutch to keep it from stalling. Please help I'm going nuts.

THANKS!!

The spark plugs were a light gray? running too lean? bike has a SE A/C. and we nosed around the exhaust and didn't hear any leaks.

sounds like a trip to the dealer. just hate to have to leave the bike there for who knows how long
