Looking for info from 3/4 flip-up wearers

I have 9 helmets...some may say its a problem. LOL More often than not I ride with the Fulmer 655 with the half shield...comes to just below my nose. With either shield it is by far the most wind resistant helmet I own. I havent worn it on my Sporty with the windshield - but on the Suzuki which also had a buffetting problem it was no worse than my Scorp[ion or HJC full faces...maybe better. I also have the HD Jet II shown above. It is a solid helmet, but I find it looks and feels like a space helmet...way bigger than the Fulmer. I also have a Nolan N30. Its new and I havent ridden with it much. It doesnt have venting though...so we'll see what it does in the warm Indiana summers.

I have the Scorpian EXO-100 which you can say is a 3/4 since it has really thick ear pads with communication set up in them, but you can zip off and have a half. It has a internal half visor that works great, easy to change out for different lens. I got it from Jafrum, and it's Snell and DOT rated. Price $109, free shipping. I notice no abnormal buffeting with a stock windshield.

you can see from the pics, there's no wonder why it reacts so poorly to
turbulence. I bought it in a hurry when I got the bike because the Simpson
full-face race helmet I used to wear 7 years ago seemed to have mysteriously
shrunk when I took it off the display shelf...
I always figured I'd replace it, no problem there, but I don't want to buy a
replacement that is only marginally better. I just looked up the 655 you mentioned
and it is obviously a far more sophisticated helmet than the 255.
Thanks for the tip. That's exactly the kind of info I was hoping to get!!

I've worn this for 6 months now...rode all winter with it...Excellent helmet...
Both the clear visor and shaded 1/2 visor flip up and down independently
Rides great at high speeds...has a vent that you can flip on and off
