Default Thinking of getting drag bars

I have a 06 Sportster low. And I have seen some sporty's with drag bars. Would the riser from a 1200c work on a 1200 low. If not what type of risers are needed.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Gday, I just bought a 2006 Sport Custom 1200 & I opted for the drag bars as I like the position they put you in and most of all they look TOUGH, good choice !

In answer to your question the answer is YES they will fit stock 5 inch riser with enough clearance for indicators from hitting the tank !

You cant change the stock 5 inch riser as thats where your wireing loom is for your dash display and you dont want to go and start moving that around as its already in the best place !

My next mod is Im relocating my front indicators onto the forks as it really tidys up the bars !

Hope this helped

Pat, if you decide to get rid of the stock riser / speedo housing on your low, please let me know. Thanks! And I've got drag bars on my 'C' and love them.
