Default Nightster fender on an 08 1200L

Ok I got my nightster fender, have it on my bike and I am wondering if anyone on here knows anybody that would sell the wiring harness that you have to get to connect the tailights and the nightster license plate to bypass the circuit board in the stock brake light. I know there is a link on here on how to make one up, but all 3 Harley dealers in my area do not have the 6 pin connector or the 2 pin connectors in stock. I am looking at about a 10 wait to get the parts, and if I could purchase one from someone one here that makes them up ,that would be super.

Here's a good write up and pics. on the tail light bypass http://sportster.org/blog/how-to-ins...our-sportster/ and as for the run/turn/brake controller just order it from Zanottis, Surdykes, Chicago or Hales HD as they sell 20% off retail and likely can get it for you quicker than trying local dealers.
I also know there are folks who've made up their own controller with resistors and such from Radio shack but its a bit of work and I cannot find the how-to on that. Some have also re-worked the trailer controller you can buy at Walmart or Pepboys but I don't recall what changes in wiring are needed to get it all to work.

Thanks for the reply. I already have the module for the turn/brake lights, its the other parts from the site you mentioned that I cannot find. Its the 6 pin connector and the other 3 connectors you need to make up the wiring harness.

Okay, I see. Just check out any online or local shop that carries autmotive connectors or improvise with any similar connectors cutting/splicing or crimping as needed. Actually Dennis Kirk and JP Cycles also carry a number of amp. and deutsch connectors as well. You could just hardwire and cover your connectons with heatshrink until you find the connectors you need for quick disconnects.
