Been needing a good Heavy Duty Truck and finally found the deal been looking for .. Finally got a decent offer for the Sportster and got a good truck as well.. 2007 Chevy Silverado Classic HD2500 with a 6.0 Liter V-8 .. My Sporty plus 7K clinched the deal this is a 16,000 dollar truck wholesale some of the insult prices were quoted when thinking about selling the Sporty before figured would keep it forever but finally got a fair value for it...

Yes still have Electra and have over 7k Miles on it in less that 4 months Poor Sportster was getting neglected ... At least has a happy new owner now and will be ridden daily as it should be ...Willl Miss it Big Time though lot of hours and labors of love spent on it ...

Nice truck Jay....The Electraglide will serve your purposes well. I totally undertstand what you mean when you say the Sportster sat in the garage neglected as you've never rode; I've got a Softail in addition to my Sportster and the poor Sporty just sits there lookin' pretty. I always seem to opt riding the Softail...especially for any trips where the miles will rack up. Good luck with the new truck.
