Yeah, I think I'm just going to put some folding pegs on. Not too sure about the crash bar look.

Love those pipes too! They were my second choice. If it had not been for the price, they would have been my first!

No offence but the only thing I dislike on a Sportster more than "sparklers" is a tank bra

How much were the gaurds?
I beleive my total was $177.00 (with my 11% discount cuz I bought my bike from that dealer, so I am a MVP member) I beleive they are $200.00 from the dealer new. I found some people selling them on ebay but the buy it now price with shipping costs came closs to my price anyway so I chose to get them brand new from the dealer.

I wouldn't put them on but I can see where your coming from being a newer rider and not wanting to fuc& up a $10k bike.

That's the only reason I put them on. I'm sure I will take them off at some point, but for now I am not taking any chances.

I am looking for some frame mounted folding pegs for my Nightster and was wondering what you guys are using. I was checking out the ones that Harley sells but it seems that they only come in chrome and who wants to add more chrome to their blacked out nightster?

I love this bike but am having a hard time finding accessories that fit the look and style. While I am posting, has anyone found any bags that fit the XL1200N?
