Gearing
#2
I only know of BDL. They make an all aluminim 30 Tooth Transmission Pulley for a Sportster, but the Teeth sheared off on my '99 XL883 after about 30,000 miles or so and left me stranded. I would stay away from them. I will NEVER buy from them again. I tried calling a few times to talk to a tech and they never returned my calles. What I just did was order a 30 Tooth Transmission Pulley kit for a late model Sportster from the dealer and I measured the difference between the original 27 Tooth Transmission Pulley and the original spacer from my bike and the new 30 Tooth Transmssion Pulley and it's spacer and had the local machine shop use a lathe to take off the measured difference from the new spacer. This solved my problem and I doubt that the steal pulley will be shearing off any time soon. I hope that this information helps you out. Good luck and ride safe.
