Last summer I was frustrated with the vibration from the bars on my thumper. I knew about a tuned mass damper used to solve a rotorhead vibration problem on Eurocopters. It was time to make a very small version that fit inside the bars. I was hoping for a 50% reduction of the vibes. Our test equipment showed an 80% reduction on an '03 Sportster. That's when we knew we should start a company, we did. I pasted a link to the testimonials on our website. If anyone buys them and they aren't satisfied, we will refund all the money immediately. So far nobody has asked except a BMW owner because they didn't fit. I really think these will solve your problem.
