Who doesn't want to take there sporty cruising for longer distances? I have a windshield, saddle bags, and cruise controls. I know I have a long way to go, but there has to be some folks out there that are cruising on their sportys and can share some information.

i got nothing but mid pegs, memory foam solo seat, throwover bags for trips over 500 miles, heated grips, fog lamps for low light, and drag bars curved inward for ergonomics and less hand fatigue

nothing else really, touring tire in back, sticky sport tire in front. i adjust the shocks as needed.

i do 1k to 1.2k a month on MOSTLY this bike, occasionally i take out the ducati for a nice long ride

I have a cruise control. it's called my wrist. I have a windshield but I would much rather cruise without it, which is why it stays bagged for the most part. I never cared much for saddle bags but do use a t-bag with attached barrel bag for the long haul. I've got an excellent S model suspension and opted for switching to the 4.5 gallon tank to get outside the county before I needed fuel. Lost the 100/90/19 and went with the 110/90/19 for a much better ride and feel. Swapped the 29T counter for a 28T to gain some advantage on the bottom end Nothing like a good set up and an open road for miles and miles of fun..

I have done a couple 1,000+ mile weekends on mine. I'm an old lady and I'm perfectly comfortable on it. But then again, I do have mine set up like a mini-tourer.

We ride a couple hundred miles plus on any given weekend during the summer. Use my bags all the time and throw another on the sissy bar when we need it. The sundowner seat works good for comfort. You can use the bike anyway you want. Sounds like your already good to go.

Starting another BS thread for your amusement again are ya? Like the "best sounding pipes thread" ? You should try maybe getting a life or riding your bike more.

To those of you who don't know what I am talking about, Teacher posted a BS pipe thread. After over 60 responses to his BS, this is his comment about wasting everybody's time.

" What wonderful thing a forum is. My intention in asking this question was not to increase my ability in getting others' attention, but rather to impress myself. A thanks to all those who offered suggestions and to those who frowned and complained, thanks for the entertainment. "

To me he is a classic troll !
