They sound good. Not too loud. Sounds like a Harley.

Cycle Shack mufflers don't have interchangable baffles. As far as I know. I have them on my 883. I think they sound pretty good. I've never heard them on a 1200, but I suspect they would be pretty loud on a 1200.

I know that cycle shacks on an 883 are a LOT louder than Rush mufflers on an 883. I sometimes set car alarms off in outdoor parking lots. Concrete parking garages....well, that's funny as hell. I get out on the street, and there are 6 - 10 floors of car alarms sounding as the result of my exit.

I had some CS on my '07 883....I think the Rush has a deeper tone though.

Check UTube....lots of clips on there. Search "cycle shack".....

I have cycle shacks on my 1200C. They didn't sound that loud at first but once a little carbon gets built up in them they sound great.

I picked up a set of used ones on eBay for $100.00 shipped, they arrived today and look like new. I've always heard they sound good, I'll put them on tomorrow and find out!

Had 'em on my '99 1200C, they sounded great. So good in fact that I put a set on my 08 FXDC. Like mstngjoe said, they're not quite as deep as Rush pipes; and they don't have baffles.
