Default Harley Stage 1 Air Cleaner

I bought my 2007 Roadster used with just 2,700 miles on it. The previous owner had replaced the stock pipes with some loud aftermarket pipes. My question is; how can I tell if the original factory air cleaner is on my bike or if the air cleaner was upgraded at the same time as the pipes were put on? Is there an easy way to tell just by looking? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The upgraded Air would be missing the back plate. That's how it lets more air into the system. You should be able to actually see the filter if you look around the casing without removing the case.
