6 voltage regulators 05 sportster
I could use a little help to start i have been on all types and size's of bikes i bought an 05 xl1200c and i have to say its the best ride i have had. sold all but my best bud my honda 50 i that rode as a kid. my problem with the 1200 is with 2766 miles on 7/7/06 the belt broke. no hole shots...then 7/10/06 2833 voltage reg took a dump. ok this happens. 6/13/07 5051 reg plus a battery. i do believe i have missed a work order or 2. 7/24/07 stator was replaced 5272 miles went back in 5299 for v reg and rear bearings . 10/25/07 5719 miles main wire harness and cant for get v reg.since then they put batt ing switch and v reg i know there is reg and batt i missed but the stack of w/o i have its hard to keep them in order. my ? is what would be left to replace to fix this. have not put any miles on since the switch it was 2 cold in nov when i got it back to ride and now its back in the shop since because key would not work in the bar lock. i had them come get it.its been there since. thinking about getting the 50 ready for the season.
