The instructions that came with my short shots only specified torque for the bolts on the mounting bracket and the belt drive cover. It just stated to tighten the nuts at the heads.

 

you will need to tork the nuts that hold the exhaust flange to the exhaust port 96 in. to 120in. pounds.which =8 pounds to 10 pounds of tork .ride the bike and get it hot and than re- tork the nuts they will be loose after the bike is hot.
