I just got a 2013 candy orange delivered the day before yesterday, I won't be able to ride for a few weeks yet.

Nice pics. A chopped cam cover would look killer on your bike.

Hi Guys,

First time here.

My 2013 Iron, got it brand new and this is how it looks now.

Some changes and still deciding if I should change the grips by the HD silencer to match the pegs. Have seen bad reviews on them so still deciding.

Cheers.

I got a '14 883 Iron before Christmas. It's Desert Camo Denim and my first bike. Love it. Looking forward to modding it down the road.

Hi Zane, it is a mustang fastback not the cafe. I wanted the RSD cafe seat but checking both the fastback and fastback on the bike, I went for the fastback. Cheers.

Thanks Zorro, had to put some tought on it but I believe these are all or most of the changes:

Dakota digital speedometer
Vance & Hines exhaust
Mustang fastback seat
Inverted mirrors
Chopped original rear fender
Blacked out oil cap base
Blacked out headlamp trim ring
Black screw caps kit
Blacked out chain inspection cover
Carbon fiber vinil for blacking out chromed forks (very realistic CF vinil)
Removed yellow and red reflectors
HD drag bar
Modification to drag bar for internal wiring
HD Short front brake line
HD led headlamp
HD front spoiler
HD rear light kit for chopped fender
HD Smoked lenses for turn signals
HD side mount license plate
HD Fuel cap - diamond
HD silencer footpegs, passenger footpegs, shifter and brake pedal
HD front and rear axle nut covers
HD oil level and temp lcd readout
HD engine bridge
HD docking hardware
HD side mount license plate kit
HD shock bolt covers
Roland Sands air filter / Stage I
Roland sands speedo and headlamp relocator
Roland sands speedo led indicator
Roland Sands derby cover (clarity)

No real need to change clutch or brake lines for the drag bar but I did not like how the brake line looked so change only that one.

Stikers and tape on a HD???? - Not everyone will agree but yes I did, and believe me they look good and not cheap.

I wanted to add just a little touch of color to the blacked out bike so got two sets of dark custom decals at the hd dealership. These are not regular decals but kind of minimalistic emblems. They are made of very thick vinil and don't look like regular stikers or decals but emblems. I only put on the black/white HD logos at the battery cover, oil deposit cover and rear fender.

I also wanted to paint lines on the wheels, similar to the night rod so first put some Keiti reflective tape on them to check how would they look but then decided to leave them on and not paint the wheels, no need to as they gave the look I wanted plus the additional safety measure after removing the side reflectors.
