Parabellum, those pics look AMAZING!!! I'm getting an iron on my birthday in December and now I CAN'T WAIT!!! All thoughts of going with a Ducati Monster have dissipated. Thanks for the clarity. I gotta inbox you about how you carry concealed while riding... My 1911 isn't likely to be practical...

Thanks. I don't really have any photos of the tuck. It was only a basic tuck, nothing too extensive. I just used wiring loom to look oem, got a few different sizes to see what fit the best under the tank. With the 3" lift, it was easy to fit it under the tank without having to separate into smaller bundles.

This is the only pic I took during the process I think.

Some modifications:
Replaced horrible stock seat with De LaRosa
K&N Performance A/C
Cycle Shack 2 1/2" Side slashers
Cobra fi2000 Tuner
Drag handlebars
forward controls w/ Brass pegs
cold rolled steel powder coated 18" sissy bar
Actually, the best and most used item, other than the motor, is the tactical MOLLE bag behind the seat, and after it is worn-in it will sag and have a fairly nice little saddlebag look going on, and holds a ton of stuff...for it's size.

Default Love these Irons...

I love everything Sportster. I've done a tank lift & wire tuck, coil & ignition relocation, mini apes, forward controls, speedo relocation, and exhaust. I've got a new headlight and variable mounting bracket but haven't got around to putting them on yet.

What I did was wrap the upper forks with paracord (parachute cord). You can pick it up in military surplus stores, sporting goods stores (camping section), and I've even seen it in a craft store or two. Cheap and easy!
