Hello,
I've been riding on an off for over 40 years, decided to get back into riding and picked up this little 02 Sportster this week. Really enjoying putting around town on it.

Hey all, I just joined the forum and figured I'd post on my own bike page. I just bought a 2013 Iron and it's completely stock. I love the look and the how easy it is to ride. My first upgrade will be a new seat. Quick question out there, for the PASSENGER, is a separate passenger pillion(standard HD issue) more comfortable, or is a 2 up more comfy? I've been lurking and going through the threads but couldn't find anything comparing the two. Either way I think I'll know I'll be getting the tubular sissy. If I get a two-up, it will be something like a mustang fastback, danny gray two hop, or La Pera Silhouette. Thanks for any links or advice!!

Picked one up four days ago... Stage 1 waiting to be installed in my house. Can't wait to unleash the symphonies of the Vance and Hines.

I just bought my first bike a 883n iron. I had my first crash 5 days later. Now it's at the dealer awaiting an adjuster to look at it. Shop says it has $3800 in damage. I sure hope they don't total it. Frame is not dented bent or scratched.

Good luck man. That's my worst nightmare. What happened, if you don't mind another new owner asking?

Hey b-Ben, I was exiting a parking garage, making a left, there was a bunch of cars turning right into the garage. Finally a guy waved me through and when I went a women pulled out from behind him and started to pass. I had nowhere to go so down I went. She drove right by me and looked at me and didn't stop. PD wouldn't come they said it was on private property and there was nothing they could do.

^^ I'm sorry to hear about your mishap. Hopefully you get back on the road quick.

Today the drivers are so occupied with so many things while driving that driving is a mere low priority. Last week I saw a lady talk on the phone and do her make up while driving, makes me sick to me stomach.

I feel like PD should be undercover in rush hour traffic to see what people are doing while driving.

Good looking Iron man, sorry to hear about the accident. But good thing your OK. What kind of wheels do you have? I've been searching for some spoked wheels for my Iron. Nightster wheels are hard to come by and are pretty $$$ on Ebay.
